TUCSON, AZ – Bustos Media will be revamping AM-1030 KVOI “The Voice” Monday September 2nd, updating portions of the lineup to focus on news and bring in quality syndicated programming. KVOI Operations Manager Ray Ingegneri said “When we sat down and looked at the line-up we wanted to keep the local component, but we also wanted to bring a mix of news, business and lifestyle shows, hoping to attract listeners who may be turned off by other offerings in the market.” Amador Bustos, President and CEO of Bustos Media said “With this programming change we strive to provide our Tucson Audience the best possible talk format and most relevant local news coverage.”
Syndicated additions to the KVOI lineup include: America In The Morning – a morning news magazine hosted by John Trout from 5 to 6am. Good Day Networks’ On Air with Doug, Jen and Victoria Show airing from 10am to Noon. Expanding and moving the popular Dave Ramsey Showairing weekdays from 1 to 4pm. Adding The Lars Larson Show weekdays from 4 to 6pm. Adding radio magazine Our American Stories from 7 to 9pm. Also adding America Tonight hosted by Kate Delaney, The Jim Bohannon Show and The Hugh Hewitt Show in the overnight and early morning hours. CBS News and Bloomberg Market Minute Updates will be added to the bottom of each hour.
